01Business Walk

Stage 1 — Business Walk (£997)

The Business Walk is the on-site or virtual audit. We walk your floor, map your manual processes, and calculate the exact £ cost of the ones Ai could take off your team.

The guarantee: if we find no Ai opportunity with clear ROI on your operation, you get a full refund. No questions, no negotiation.

If we do find opportunity and you move to a Quick Win Sprint within 14 days, the £997 is credited against the Sprint price. Net cost: £0.

02Quick Win Sprint
Price fixed before build

Stage 2 — Quick Win Sprint (price fixed and agreed before we start — no surprises)

The Quick Win Sprint is your first Ai project — the first one off the Ai Roadmap we write up after the Business Walk. Scoped, built, and up and live in your operation within 30 days.

The price is fixed and agreed before we start — no surprises. Every project on your Roadmap is scoped and priced individually, in writing, before any build begins. Once you sign off the Quick Win scope and price, that’s what you pay. No scope creep. No “phase 2 to unlock the value.” Typical total Quick Win spend lands in the £3,000–£5,000 range, net of the £997 Business Walk credit.

The guarantee — guaranteed outcomes: every Sprint starts with a written scope that names the technical outcomes we’re delivering. Specific, physical things you can use — a working Ai process, a replaced manual step, a tool in your team’s hands. If we don’t deliver the outcomes we scoped, you have two choices:

  1. We work for free until we do.
  2. Full refund of the Sprint fee.

You pick, not us.

What we don’t guarantee: revenue. If the Ai we built does what we agreed it would do, the guarantee is honoured. Whether your business then acts on that output — reallocates the time saved, ships the extra capacity, retains the staff doing higher-value work — is in your hands, not ours.

03Transformation Programme
30-day rolling

Stage 3 — Ai Transformation Programme (the rest of your Roadmap, structured)

Once the Quick Win is live, you’ve still got the rest of the Ai Roadmap to run. The Programme is how we deliver that — every remaining project built and shipped in sequence, ongoing ROI, continuous improvement.

How the price works: commit to the full Programme and you save 15% on the Roadmap total vs taking the projects one at a time. We take that discounted Roadmap total, divide it by the number of months it will take to complete, and that’s your monthly rate. Typical programmes run around £3,000/month — but the real number depends on what’s on your Roadmap. Whatever it is, it’s agreed in writing before the first project starts.

Prefer to take it project by project? You can. Pick the projects from your Roadmap you want next, pay the full price of each as it goes, start the following one when you’re ready. No ongoing commitment, no 15% discount — that’s the trade-off. Same scope-and-price-before-build rule applies per project.

The guarantee: every project inside the Programme — whether run as part of the monthly structure or taken standalone — carries the same Quick Win guarantee. If the functional deliverable doesn’t match the scope we agreed, we work free until it does, or full refund. Per project, not per month.

The fine print — in plain English

What the guarantee does not cover.

Plain English, because vague guarantees are worse than no guarantee.

  • Change of mind after sign-off. Once you approve the Quick Win scope and we start building, the agreed price is locked. If you change what you want halfway through, that’s a new project.
  • Data or access delays caused by your team. If we can’t start on time because we’re waiting on access or data, the 30-day clock pauses — it doesn’t get refunded.
  • Revenue and business outcomes outside our control. We guarantee the Ai delivers the agreed technical outcome — the physical thing we scoped, working as specified. We don’t guarantee your revenue goes up. That depends on you acting on what we build. The outcome we can control, we guarantee. The outcomes we can’t, we name honestly up front.

One: we do the work to qualify opportunities before we quote. The Business Walk exists specifically so we don’t take on Quick Win projects that shouldn’t exist in the first place.

Has anyone ever claimed the refund?

The Business Walk has been refunded once — a client with processes that didn’t have a clear-enough automation path for us to propose Ai in good conscience. We walked, we mapped, we gave them the cost figures anyway, and we refunded the £997. They’ve since referred two other businesses.

The Quick Win guarantee hasn’t been claimed to date. Every Sprint has delivered the agreed outcome.

Why is the guarantee so strong? What’s the catch?

There isn’t a catch. It works because we only take on projects we’re confident we can deliver. The Business Walk is the filter. If an operation doesn’t have clear-ROI opportunity, we don’t move to Sprint — which means we don’t have Sprints to refund.

What counts as “the agreed outcome”?

Every Quick Win Sprint starts with a written scope document that names the functional deliverable — the physical thing we’re building. Specific: “Eliminate the manual material-waste calculation on Panel Line 2” or “Deliver a production planning tool that ingests [data] and outputs [schedule] with [functionality X, Y, Z]”. That scope is the test. If the built Ai has the functionality we agreed, we’ve delivered. If it doesn’t, the guarantee triggers.

What we don’t guarantee is time saved or people cost recovered — those depend on how your team adopts the tool. We can guarantee the planning tool exists, works, and reduces planning time when used as intended. We can’t guarantee your planner uses it every day or that the hours freed up get redeployed. That’s your operation to run, not ours.
